Promotional prices, discount codes, and special offers are subject to the conditions published for the relevant promotion.<\/p>

Product availability is updated regularly.<\/p>

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, HERBARISE will notify the Customer and offer an appropriate solution, such as an agreed alternative or a refund.<\/p>

  2. Add the products to the shopping cart.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Enter the required billing and delivery information.<\/p><\/li>

  4. Select an available delivery and payment method.<\/p><\/li>

  5. Review the order details and total price.<\/p><\/li>

  6. Confirm and submit the order.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    Before completing the purchase, Customers have the opportunity to review and correct their information.<\/p>

    After an order is submitted, an automated confirmation email is sent to acknowledge receipt.<\/p>

    The sales contract is concluded when HERBARISE sends an email expressly confirming acceptance of the order.<\/p>

    We may decline an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or obvious pricing errors.<\/p>

    7. Order Processing and Delivery<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Orders placed before 14:00 Bulgarian local time (EET\/EEST) on Business Days are normally processed and dispatched on the same day, subject to availability and operational conditions.<\/p>

    Orders placed after 14:00, during weekends, or on Bulgarian public holidays are normally processed on the next Business Day.<\/p>

    HERBARISE ships to supported destinations within the European Union using DPD and selected local courier services.<\/p>

    The estimated delivery time is 3\u20135 Business Days from dispatch.<\/p>

    Free standard shipping is available for orders over \u20ac60. For orders of \u20ac60 or less, applicable delivery charges are displayed during checkout.<\/p>

    Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information is provided to the Customer.<\/p>

    If we become aware of a significant delivery delay, we will contact the Customer and provide an update.<\/p>

    The risk of loss or damage generally remains with the Seller until the Customer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Different statutory rules may apply where the Customer independently commissions a carrier not offered by the Seller.<\/p>

    Delivery estimates do not affect the Customer’s statutory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery.<\/p>

    8. Order Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Customers may request cancellation of an order before dispatch by contacting HERBARISE.<\/p>

    Consumers purchasing through the online store generally have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.<\/p>

    To exercise this right, the Consumer must notify HERBARISE of their decision before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>

    Following withdrawal, the Consumer must return the goods within 14 days of notifying the Seller.<\/p>

    The direct cost of returning goods following a change of mind is borne by the Consumer, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.<\/p>

    The Seller will reimburse the relevant payments, including standard outbound delivery charges where legally required, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification.<\/p>

    Reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods are received or evidence of their dispatch is provided, whichever occurs first.<\/p>

    Refunds are made using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.<\/p>

    Certain statutory exceptions may apply, including sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, where the legal conditions for that exception are satisfied.<\/p>

    The Consumer may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.<\/p>
